momstown’s literacy program is shared with story time, proudly sponsored by literacy partner Scholastic Canada where one lucky mama and tot get a chance to win the book to take home.

Each month our momstown Literacy program Tales for Tots we read the book a new book courtesy of Scholastic Canada and this month was 'Shh My Brother's Napping' by Ruth Ohi.

There's nothing better than a sleeping child — and nothing harder than keeping an exuberant sibling quiet for that precious naptime

"Shh! My brother's napping. He really needs his sleep,"  with pots to bang, books to read, towers to build, pictures to paint, and all sorts of fun to be had. It's just so hard not to make any noise!

Thank you to Scholastic Canada for being our literacy sponsor for our Tales for Tots program. Our lucky winning mama this month was Aubrey who will get to enjoy this book with her little one at home.
